Iconic Dewa HQ project: custom mini micro perforated panels with bamboo veneer

Highlights of Our Contribution:

950 m² of Acoustic Panels: We manufactured and supplied 950 m² of Mini Micro Perforated acoustic panels, finished with premium natural bamboo veneer, combining acoustic performance with a high-end architectural appearance.

Complex Curved Geometry: One of the main challenges was the curved and conical panel design. Each panel required precise manufacturing to follow the complex geometry while maintaining the required perforation pattern and visual consistency.

Precision Veneer Finish: The bamboo veneer finish required careful production and detailing to achieve a consistent, natural appearance across the curved surfaces and maintain the architectural quality of the interior.

Custom Acoustic Engineering: The project required a customised approach to manufacturing, combining micro perforation, acoustic performance and complex three-dimensional geometry into one integrated panel system.
